You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging (tags, boxes, and any accessories included)
Returned due to a quality issue (defect, damage, or incorrect item received)
Free Returns
We offer free returns for all eligible items. No restocking fees apply. If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, final sale items, and products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page cannot be returned.
How to Return

Provide your order number and the reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label.
Ship the item back to the address on the label.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days from our processing date, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If the problem persists, contact us.
